1. Registration

You can complete the pre-registration form now and send it to us. We will call you back in a timely manner. Only then do we proceed with an extensive application in which we request more details such as your reasons for applying and photos to make an accurate assessment. The more details we have and the better we know your family and your child, the easier it is to take your wishes into consideration. It goes without saying that your information will be treated with upmost confidentiality and discretion.
2. Appointment with one of the educational coordinator
or a family with experience in exchanges. A family visit in your home is extremely important as we take ample time to answer all your questions, dispel any concerns you may have, exchange experiences and get to know your family and child better. Armed with this knowledge, we can prepare optimally for a successful exchange. This process is the same in all countries. The meeting takes place once we have received your comprehensive application.
3. “Partnership”
Once we have met the families personally in both countries, we consolidate all the applicants information to find a suitable match for both parties.
